Has your divorce left you feeling displaced & alone?
The decision to end a relationship can be difficult, chaotic and emotional. Research increasingly shows that talking about your situation and practicing self-compassion can help you feel more resilient and generate more positive outcomes in the face of divorce.
This group will meet weekly for eight weeks and will offer a safe and compassionate environment in which to talk about your experience. Sessions will focus on grief and loss, emotional resiliency, and working through the changes that may come after a divorce.
